Boomerang Promotions has many stores targeted to particular products that have their own complete website in itself. The purchasing processes for each store is different. Some stores will let you upload artwork at the check out. Some stores will let you design your own product before checkout. And, some stores are simply catalogs that only allow you to view the products and give you the ability to call or email to purchase the particular product. If at any time you would like help purchasing products from our stores, we have someone available to show you personal care and complete the process of purchase for you. What type of artwork do I need?
Promotional Products and Screen Printing: vector art (.pdf, .eps, .ai, .cdr)
Digital Garment Printing: vector art (.pdf, .eps, .ai, .cdr) or minimum of 300 .dpi resolution photos (.jpg, .gif, .png, .tif)
Photos downloaded from the internet are rarely usable.
What if I don’t have a logo?
We can design one for you.
How long will it take to get my order?
Promotional Products vary according to supplier.
Screen Printing, Embroidery, and Digital Garment Printing 7 – 10 business days, rush delivery available for extra charge
What are the terms?
Payment is due at the time you place your order. Sales tax may apply if you are in the state of Tennessee. Prices may not include shipping and are subject to change without notice.
How can I pay?
We accept Paypal, Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover), Money Order, Checks (Takes longer to clear and may delay order), and always Cash.

Keep in mind that if we’ve got to wait for your check to clear, we’ve also got to wait to put your order in.
What about shipping?
Shipping charges will be added to your order. (FedEx, UPS, USPS)
What about returns?
All returns must be brought to our attention within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. We do not accept garments that have been worn or laundered.
If we print your order wrong because of an error on our end, we’ll reprint or replace your order for free. If it becomes a rush job because we messed up for you, we’ll rush the printing as much as we can (faster shipping at your expense). You are responsible for sending the incorrect product back to us.
If your order is wrong because you didn’t proof the images we sent you, or you picked out the wrong color, brand, size, etc., we’ll work with you to reprint them, but we accept no responsibility for the error.
What about refunds?
If your order is wrong because of an error on our end, send them back and we’ll give you credit. If the order is wrong because of an error on your end, we do not offer a refund or credit.
